Software Development
A powerful data collection and delivery system means nothing if it is not flexible, expandable and adaptable. For this reason, AutoSol employs a dynamic team of software engineers and developers who are continually enhancing the flexibility, scalability and functionality of our products. In addition to our self-driven development efforts, AutoSol offers software development services in order to provide support for our clients' needs. Client specified development is available to write drivers on various platforms, support any vendor's protocol, add telemetry methods, include various interface standards, etc.
On-Line Maintenance
On-line Maintenance is in addition to our On-line Monitoring Services in which AutoSol participates in the maintenance of a system through the remote administration and configuration capabilities of the AutoSol products. In this capacity AutoSol becomes a part of our customers support team in the day-to-day maintenance of SCADA system communications. Pricing for Online Maintenance Services is provided at a competitive negotiated rate depending on system complexity and scope of services requested.
